I purchased a tracker from this brand and have faced issues with it ever since I bought it. Their customer service is not helpful at all, and I ended up getting a different tracker from a more reliable company. Honestly, it's just a waste of cash to buy from them.

I got a DB2 from those folks, and let me tell ya, the shipping was super quick. The item was a breeze to set up and it functions like a charm.

I was on the hunt for a Tracker when I stumbled upon Rewire on Amazon. The ad claims it's recommended by Auto Express. So, I did a quick search for the Auto Express review, and guess what? It’s not even listed there! There's another item on Amazon boasting about winning the What Car? review, and they actually have the proof when I checked that article. I know who I'm gonna pick!

Awesome Product! Fantastic customer support. Excellent GPS tracker. I purchased the DB2 Self Install Model and it's fantastic. Installed in under an hour and way more affordable than some of the big-name brands. I can check my car's location anytime thanks to the user-friendly app. It even alerts me if the car battery gets unplugged.

I just put my new tracker DB2 in my car. It was a breeze to install, log into my account, and get the sensors set up. Way more affordable than the Vodaphone Navtrack I had in this one and my other two vehicles. Snagged it from Amazon for less than what Rewire direct was asking.

I gotta say, these folks are incredible! I've been using GPS trackers for ages and just got my hands on the Spytrack Plus, and it's really impressive. I had to reach out to customer support on a Saturday morning, and they picked up quickly and fixed my issue. Great job, guys, seriously. I'll definitely be getting more.

After three years, the internal battery of my tk104-Pro v1 has stopped holding a charge. I noticed my car battery was getting drained, so I unplugged the power from the tk104 and reset it to factory settings. Just a day after saying it was fully charged, the tracker sent me three low battery alerts and then it just died. Considering the price of their tracker hardware, I expected it to last way longer than this. With the recent price increase on their services, I'm feeling pretty let down.
Edit: In reply to Rewire's comments, I had been using their tracking software (GPS Live) for three years until the subscription costs became too high for me. The lithium battery was only taken out after it failed due to safety issues.

I’ve got my second tracker from Rewire now. The first one on my car in Spain works perfectly. The new one for my car in the UK was a breeze to set up myself—connected in just 10 seconds! I’d definitely recommend it.
